Delivery Information

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update: our main aim is to minimise risks to our staff, partners and customers alike while operating under latest government and medical advice. Our services are operating as usual with additional efforts taken in terms of safety and hygiene.

Delivery times are currently being affected across postal and courier networks. Please allow several additional working days for orders to reach their destination.

Our delivery rates are very reasonable. We use Royal Mail 48 for standard deliveries to the UK at a flat fee of €3.95. Orders to Europe are dispatched using Royal Mail international parcel service or couriers at a flat rate of €4.95. Please note that some of these services may be untracked and a tracked courier option is available during checkout.

We deliver directly from our warehouse in Sussex, UK and aim to dispatch orders placed by noon on the same working day. This ensures a prompt and timely delivery of your order, usually within two to four working days in the UK and within a few days in most of Europe. Orders placed after these cutoff times are expected to be dispatched on the following working day.

A delivery surcharge of €6.95 applies on all orders to Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine in 2kg increments. It covers the cost of sending those orders using a tracked postal service. If the order weight exceeds 2kg, the total cost is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Free Delivery

All orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery in the UK. Orders over £45/€50 qualify for free standard delivery to all European destinations.

The free delivery offer excludes remote countries listed above, including the associated delivery surcharge.
 

Time in Transit

Orders sent by Royal Mail 48 to mainland UK are usually delivered in two to four working days. Orders to Europe generally take three to ten working days to arrive, but may take longer during peak periods and to some destinations. Orders to remote destinations like Russia, Ukraine and Belarus may take up to 40 days to arrive.

Courier delivery

An optional courier service operated by DHL or DPD may be selected during checkout. The service within mainland UK costs €6 and usually delivers on the next working day, although can sometimes take one working day longer. This excludes the following postcodes: AB, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, FK, BT, IM, ZE, JE, GY. Unfortunately, the service is not guaranteed, so we cannot accept claims relating to belated or missed deliveries.
